This interaction allows you to leverage OpenAI's capabilities for various predefined functions, such as grammar correction, data summarization, and more, directly within your spreadsheets. We ensure that only the specific data you choose to send is transmitted to the OpenAI API, maintaining a high level of control and privacy over your content. The data is sent securely and is only used to provide the requested services or functions within your spreadsheet. We do not retain a copy of your data sent to OpenAI API; it is processed and then immediately discarded after the requested computation is completed. This process is designed to enhance your spreadsheet capabilities while ensuring that your data privacy and security are upheld in accordance with our overall privacy policy.
Personal Information Collected Automatically Through Service Usage: We gather the following data about your visit, usage, or interactions when you visit, use or interact with our Services, known as “Technical Information”:

AI Tables use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
